Nashville is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Nashville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The staff were professional and diagnosed the problem with my truck correctly. They found that the CPC module was the issue and explained the repair clearly. The service was good and they got my truck back on the road. Thank you for the help.

Absolute nightmare under no circumstances would I ever recommend this shop on my worst enemy I have a dessert ice cream truck. I brought it in there for Repair every day. I would call every day. They would answer the phone with. What can I do for you? Iβve never heard of that any Repair shop would say oh you need this or you need that they never I donβt even know if they looked at my truck and sat there for eight days. I was losing thousands of dollars worth of business while the truck sat there call again. What can I do for you? Come to pick up the truck and they demanded a $350 extortion ransom fee thatβs the way I call it. They said to inspect the brakes $350 to inspect brakes and then they sent me an email saying they wanted $3600 for a brake job as all the other reviews you could see this place is a horrible shop I would say I wish all the people are the best of health and the best of luck in their life for ripping people off because what comes around goes around Iβd like to hear some of their sad stories when the universe wears. Itβs ugly head. We are a very loved business. Itβs been in Nashville for 10 years and people love what we do we bring joy and happiness to tens of th

After being a customer here for close to 3 years, I will not be going back. First mishap happened about 1 year ago when the mechanic failed to attach diesel hose properly causing diesel to spill all over the road and cause a breakdown on my way home from picking up my vehicle at specialized. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair. It took them weeks to fix what they thought was the problem, but turns out it was a misdiagnosis by them so I had to bring it back in (after spending nearly $2k more). Fast forward 3 more weeks of no response, they tell me the vehicle needs to go to the dealer because they canβt figure out the issue. So 2 batteries, new alternator, and thousands of dollars in labor later, I still have to bring my vehicle to the dealer and any type of refund was denied for their pointless βworkβ. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this shop.

I could give negative starts if they had that option. My truck broke down due to the transmission supply line disconnecting right at the radiator so all the transmission fluid poured out. I had the driver tow the truck to this shop and they check it and give me an estimate of $3,692. I tell them all that needs to be done on that truck is replace the fittings where the transmission line connects to the radiator then add transmission fluid and it should be good to go because I had experienced this same problem with my other truck not more than a month ago but they refuse and insist they have to fix everything that they listed otherwise they wont fix my truck. Well I got it towed to another shop called CML TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR. They checked the truck and confirmed all that was needed was to replace the fittings and 3 hours later my truck was fixed and till now still running well. My bill came to $612. Thank God I trusted my instincts and went to another shop this shop is straight up scamming people for services they don't need and prices that are waay too high even higher than dealerships. Pathetic.

These guys are scammers. You would rather tow your truck than call them for a road call. We requested for assistance and provided them with a video showing what the issue might be as we were losing power because of a broken pipe/clamp. They sent someone who instead of looking at the problem just removed the pipe and went to buy another one in Nashville without even verifying if the current one is broken. When I checked with the mechanic he had no clue of what he was doing. All I asked was why was he going to buy another pipe if the current one is not broken. We later learnt from our driver that he came put silcon and returned the pipe then charged us $960. The issue was not resolve neither were they even able to investigate and give us a diagnosis. When you ask them legitimate questions they get emotional and start shouting. We paid to avoid any further stress with this company and we were able to get help somewhere else. PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE AND UNNECESSARY STRESS
